LH J422
Equivalent to JIS E4303
 
Description: LH J422 is carbon steel electrodes with high titanium and calcium coating, with superior welding process performance, stable electric arc, beautiful shaping, easy deslagging and small splashing, suitable for both AC and DC, and available for welding at all positions.
Purpose: For welding of important low carbon steel structure and alloy steel structures at low strength level, such as Q235 steel and 09Mn2 steel etc. 
 
Precautions:
1. Generally, it is unnecessary to bake electrodes before welding.
2. If electrodes are damp, it shall be baked at 150-170℃ for 0.5-1 hour before application.
